Rules

This board ranks creators by one thing: money. Every rank you see was paid for. That is not a scandal, it is the product, and EU law requires us to tell you anyway.

How ranking works

• Contributions are whole US dollars, $2 minimum.
• Every contribution adds to the creator's total. A hundred fans at $2 move a creator $200, the same as one person giving $200.
• The highest total sits at #1.
• Equal totals? Whoever reached it first ranks higher.
• There is no amount you have to beat. Give what you want and it counts from the moment it clears.
• Nobody can take money off a creator's total except us, and only on a refund or chargeback.

The board moves while you pay

Your money is added to whatever the total is when the payment settles, not when you opened checkout. So the rank you land on can differ from the one you were looking at, in either direction: other people may have given in the meantime. Nothing is lost either way, because contributions add up rather than replace each other.

What you can put on the board

A creator, with one or more Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or Twitch accounts. The page links to those profiles and nowhere else. We build each link from the handle ourselves, so there is no sneaking in a different URL. One account belongs to one creator, so the same profile cannot appear twice under different names.

What gets you removed

• Adult or sexual content. Anywhere. Including where the page points.
• Chat and invite links: Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal.
• Gambling and crypto tokens.
• Pretending to be someone you are not.
• Anything illegal in the Netherlands, where this thing is run from.

The adult content rule has no exceptions. Payment processors shut down accounts over it, and this whole site is a payment processor with a scoreboard attached.

After you pay

• A completed payment is what claims the rank. No payment, no rank.
• New pages and edits pass a content check first. Clean ones go live in under a minute. Flagged ones wait for a human.
• If we reject a brand new page, you get a full refund. If we reject an edit to a page that is already live, the old version keeps showing and the money stays spent.
• The page is public. Clicks go to the creator profiles through our redirect.
• We may reject or remove any page. Our board, our call.

Refunds

Contributions are final once the page is live. Charge one back and that amount comes straight off the creator's total the same day. Other people's money stays where it is, so one chargeback cannot wipe out a page fifty fans paid into. A creator whose total reaches zero leaves the board. Rejected first submissions are refunded in full, automatically.

Backing someone else

That is the whole point. Fans put their creator up here and push them along, a few dollars at a time. The page shows the creator, the receipt shows you. Two conditions: the page has to present them as who they are, not pretend to speak as them, and if the person listed asks us to take it down, we take it down. No refund in that case, you gambled on their sense of humor.

Who controls a page

Whoever pays for a creator first gets the manage link and keeps it. Everyone after that moves the rank without getting any say over the name, the line or the photo. If you are the creator and a fan put you here, email us and we move the page over to you.

Terms

• You warrant that you own the photo you upload and have the right to use any likeness in it. Upload someone else's face and that is on you, including the bill.
• Contributions are non-refundable once the page is live.
• We can reject or remove any creator page at our discretion.
• Copyright or likeness complaint? Email board@topinfluencers.lol with a link to the page and proof of your claim. We take legitimate complaints down fast.

Privacy

We store your handle, display name, description, photo, email address and bid history. The photo is personal data under GDPR, wherever you live. Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card number.

We keep page data while the page exists. Delete it from the manage page and we remove it from the board, delete the photos, and wipe your email from our records. Payment records stay, because tax law does not care about your vibes. We hash IP addresses for rate limiting and never store them raw. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies, no cookies at all.
